Want to hear a really great Jazz trumpet solo performed by Freddie Hubbard? I know you do. The thing I like best about the Freddie Hubbard’s trumpet solo is that it’s played so aggressively.  The Night Has a Thousand Eyes is the name of the tune.

    He is awesome on this great tune. I also love his much shorter solo on Oliver Nelson’s Stolen Moments, on the “Blues and the Astract Truth” LP, which also has a beautiful tenor solo by ON and a superb flute solo by Eric Dolphy.
