At 1:30 Arturo does play a very melodic passage. I think the key changes to G minor then to C minor while Arturo played that lick.

The first part of his lick is based off the G minor scale starting on the 5th. Then Arturo goes to the C minor scale and adds a Major 7th twice which essentially means he is using the C harmonic minor scale.

The best part of the lick is the end where he goes down the C minor triad with a whole step above each minor triad. It sounds cool because Arturo hit the Major 7th again to start off the minor triad ending.

I will be adding a written version of the minor triad lick Arturo played at the end to this website because it sounds really cool.

Ok, in the video, if you click on the time bar at 1:30 Arturo plays a lick. Does anyone know what scale that's off of?
