If you are looking for some free trumpet transcriptions, then JazzTrumpetSolos.com is the website for you. Although the Jazz site doesn't look too active anymore, it is still a great resource for all fellow Jazz trumpet players out there. I submitted a Tom Harrell transcription of Tune Up to them awhile back and got a free Clark Terry CD. But when I searched the Jazz Trumpet Solos website, I couldn't find my Tom Harrell transcription anywhere. Who knows? Another reason why I know the Jazz Trumpet Solos website isn't active anymore is because I attempted to submit this Jazz site to their Jazz links page more than once and got no response from Jazz Trumpet Solos. I wonder what's going on with them? Jazz Trumpet Solos also has their own Jazz Forum to take advantage of.
