This trumpet solo transcription with Roy Hargrove on trumpet and Justin Robinson on saxophone is really great. The transcription is from the album Earfood. Another trumpet transcription of Roy Hargrove soloing over Strasburg St. Denis was posted earlier in this website’s history, but every variation is worth listening to. The better thing about this video is the head of the tune is transcribed so you can hear the repeating lines between trumpet and saxophone.
Hope you enjoy! The transcriber is unknown even though I would assume the YouTube poster. They didn’t take any credit in the post information though.
